SALTED CARAMEL POPCORN

| Dormans Caramel Syrup | 20 ml |
| Butter | 1 cup |
| Light brown sugar | 1 cup |
| Salt | 2 tsp |
| Popcorn seeds | ½ cup |
| Method | |
| Melt butter, sugar, syrup, and 1 teaspoon of salt over medium heat and let it simmer. | |
| Pop the popcorn seeds over medium-low heat. | |
| Pour the caramel sauce over the popcorn and coat, stir, and add the rest of the salt over it. Let it cool. | |
| Put it in the oven for 30 minutes, but stir in between 10 minutes. | |
