VANILLA CHEESECAKE

Self-rising flour | 1 cup |
Sugar | 4 tablespoons |
Milk | 1/4 cup |
Egg | 2 |
Cream cheese | 2 tablespoons |
Oil | 2 tablespoons |
Method | |
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. | |
Add sugar and continue to beat until well combined. | |
Now add milk, vanilla syrup, sugar, cream cheese, and additional milk. Mix well to combine all ingredients. | |
Grease small molds, then pour the mixture into them. | |
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 to 8 minutes, or until set. | |
Serve. |
