VANILLA CHEESECAKE

Ingredient Quantity
Dormans Vanilla Syrup 2 tbsp
Self-rising flour 1 cup
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Milk 1/4 cup
Egg 2
Cream cheese 2 tablespoons
Oil 2 tablespoons
Method
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
Now add milk, vanilla syrup, sugar, cream cheese, and additional milk. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Grease small molds, then pour the mixture into them.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 to 8 minutes, or until set.
Serve.
