VANILLA CHEESECAKE

| Sugar | 4 tablespoons |
| Milk | 1/4 cup |

| Cream cheese | 2 tablespoons |

| Method | |
| Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. | |
| Add sugar and continue to beat until well combined. | |
| Now add milk, vanilla syrup, sugar, cream cheese, and additional milk. Mix well to combine all ingredients. | |
| Grease small molds, then pour the mixture into them. | |
| Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 to 8 minutes, or until set. | |
| Serve. | |
